Make the Most of Your Next Massage
Whether the goal of your massage treatment is to reduce stress, treat pain, or manage symptoms of a medical condition, a few tips can help you make the most of your investment in massage therapy.
Arrive a few minutes early. This allows time to check-in at the front desk, use the restroom, or grab a drink before your massage without reducing your time on the table.
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change. After a relaxing massage, you won't want to fuss with restrictive clothing or anything difficult to put back on.
Tell your therapist what outcomes you want. Our therapist can adapt their treatments to focus on specific areas and provide services like cupping or muscle scraping to reach your goals. If you want to spend all your time in the facedown position, want only upper body work, or have another special request, we do our best to make your session exactly what you need.
Give feedback. Please tell your therapist if you need more or less pressure and what feels good (or not good) to you. Coming for a return appointment? Let us know what helped from your previous treatment.
