A chiropractic visit can include one on one consultation, chiropractic adjustments, a personalized home program, traction, and x-rays depending on what you need and want. Care is highly personalized. Dr. Bithell takes the time to understand your unique needs and circumstances to create individualized care plans for each patient.
SERVICES AND PRICING
At this time, Bithell Family Chiropractic in Castle Rock only accepts insurance as part of a personal injury case after accident. However, like care, payment can be highly personalized. Depending on your unique needs, time of service discounts and specialized payment plans can be discussed at your visit. In addition, we are always happy to provide a superbill that can be used to receive out-of-network re-imbursement from your insurance company.
Our standard pricing and plans are as follows:
SINGLE SERVICE
Intake visit $95
Follow up visit $70
Care for children three and under is FREE if a caregiver also receives treatment.
FAMILY CARE PLANS
Family care plans can be used by all members of your immediate family.
5 visit Plan - $315
10% discount, $35 savings
10 visit plan - $595
15% discount, $105 savings
20 visit plan - $1,120
20% discount, $280 savings
Should you choose to discontinue care at any time, you will be refunded the remaining balance based on the full cost of care.
